As pictured here, the Town has erected a 'Welcome to Our Town' sign at the town line on Main Street. And yes, it's made of granite. Jim Elias of Elias Monuments created this sign which stands on a cement foundation that is 5 feet deep. Weighing in at 5,000 pounds and reaching a height of 10 feet, this sign truly has a majestic look to it.
Elias Monuments also created the granite clock which stands the test of time at the Town's Municipal Building. The welcome sign is another permanent element which will grace our Town for many decades to come.
